Our goal is to develop a better understanding of a client’s needs and communication patterns by designing consistent client listening programs and conducting in-person satisfaction and engagement interviews. Our process uncovers insights that prove to be valuable to both parties. Relationship alignment is the cornerstone of long-term growth and overall satisfaction.

I have been working in and among professional service firms for my entire thirty-year career and have front-line experience with managing client needs and expectations with a service provider’s capacity and capability. With client-first firms like Raleigh-based architectural, engineering and planning firm Envirotek, Fortune 250 printing and communications conglomerate RR Donnelley, and multi-disciplined corporate law firm Wyrick Robbins, I was responsible for client satisfaction and regularly liaised with c-level professionals, in-house counsel and firm partnership.

Operating as a chief client officer effectively aggregated my years of experience in customer service, business development, and client satisfaction and allowed me to elevate the needs and the voice of the client within the firms I served. In addition to conducting client satisfaction and engagement interviews, I also had responsibility for creating a measurable client feedback program within practice groups. Additionally, I helped develop relationships for service partners and handled client service conflicts, including resolutions that retained revenue and relationships.

A lucky husband who married my high-school sweetheart, I am also the proud father of three wonderful adult children who are in various stages of being a college student, a professional in the wealth management vertical, and a creative who is also launching a business.
